10am-Noon – Historic Walking Tour of Old Town Key West with award-winning author and lecturer Robert N. Macomber. Take a step back in time as Bob brings to life Peter Wake’s Key West, which includes stories from his award winning ‘Honor’ book series. Tour departs Ambrosia Key West’s Historic House, 615 Fleming Street (meet on the porch in front of the Captain’s suite at 9:45am to register.) Tour departs promptly at 10am and concludes at Voltaire Books, 330 Simonton Street, where Bob will be signing his books.

4 – 5:30pm – Key West Maritime Holiday Party & End of America’s Hurricane Season Party aboard the MOHAWK WWII Museum Ship at Truman Annex Waterfront Pier. Join Admiral Finbar and the Conch Republic Military Brass and the Pirates in Paradise swashbuckling crew for this maritime celebration. Entertainment features Rich In Spirit McKay and the Pirates in Paradise scurvy crew. Cost: $10/$5 for members of Key West's salty maritime community. 4:30pm – Official End of America’s Hurricane Season Ceremony at the USCGC MOHAWK (WPG-78.) Join the Conch Republic High Command and Pirates in Paradise scurvy crew to symbolically signify the end of this year’s Hurricane Season with the burning of the Hurricane Flags.
