Sailors of all skill levels are invited to join the Conch Republic’s First Sea Lord, Admiral Finbar for this 2 Day Sail Training Intensive. Learn traditional rigged ship handling techniques, celestial navigation, line handling, knot tying, nautical speak and a variety of navigational tools (from stone-age to space age!) Noon - 4 p.m. Conch Republic Navy SHOOT & SAIL with Admiral Finbar aboard the Schooner WOLF. The 4 hour shoot and sail takes you out past the reef into the open ocean and is open to all qualified marksmen. Traditional weapons encouraged. This is a live fire competition!
